In the early 1990s, Hartati Hartono, a graduate from Toronto, was encouraged by her family to establish a stuffed toy manufacturing plant to meet international demand. Driven by her deep love and fondness for playing with stuffed toys, she embraced the challenge and appointed Ha Jai Soo, a Korean stuffed toy maker, who later became her mentor and business partner. PT Royal Puspita, a small OEM/ODM stuffed toy factory equipped with 75 sewing machines, was founded in 1993 in Parung Kuda-Sukabumi, West Java. Over the past 25 years, despite periods of recession, political uncertainty, and ever-changing market trends, we have sustained our growth by producing a wide variety of licensed and non-licensed products, including stuffed toys, home furnishing cushions, beanbags, toddler mats, plush backpacks, party costumes, and more, all meeting international standards. Currently, we are proud to announce that the once-small factory has evolved into one of the leading stuffed toy factories in Indonesia, employing over 1800 workers and equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology.

The cost of production is intricately tied to a product's efficiency during manufacturing. By streamlining the flow of raw materials from the input stage through processing until the final product is ready, Royal Puspita effectively minimizes inefficiencies in the production process. Additionally, we continually invest in upgrading our machinery technology to enhance production speed and precision, all the while reducing human errors and material consumption
Over years of experience, Royal Puspita has realized that to maintain control over delivery times, it is essential to enhance adequate storage spaces and continuously update export-import information. Keeping a stock of fast-moving raw materials in the warehouse allows us to freely adjust production plans and shipments of finished goods without the need to overhaul the agreed contracts. Furthermore, the knowledge of handling customs clearance and arranging freight has proven to be beneficial for our export-import team in expediting the flow of incoming materials to the production line or outgoing merchandise to the destination country
Royal Puspita ensures that the operational procedures adhere to the stringent quality management system as dictated by ISO 9001. Starting with material and component procurement from qualified vendors until the final product is delivered, our quality division carries out pre-production assessments of the material safety data sheets and conducts various testing stages during and/or after production to confirm that the end product is in accordance with customers' specifications and expectations. All fabricated goods meet international safety regulations and standards, such as EN71, ASTM, SNI-ISO 8124, etc.
To meet numerous international requirements, our factory is designed and regulated to adhere to global social and ethical codes as mandated by organizations such as the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI), Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), National Broadcasting Company Universal (NBC Universal), and The Walt Disney Social Compliance. Additionally, our factory has implemented terrorism and theft prevention systems as specified by Global Security Verification (GSV) for the U.S. market and its vicinity.
